Sigma-Aldrich (Shanghai) Trading Co. Ltd. to be renamed to Merck Life Science (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.

 

Dear Valued Customer/Supplier,

 

We are pleased to share with you that with the integration of Sigma-Aldrich into Merck, we are planning to change the name of Sigma-Aldrich (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd to be Merck Life Science (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.

 

• The new business license registration process is estimated to be completed in the second quarter of this year.

• We`ll send you the final document with the new company name once it has been done.

• At the same time, the company bank will be changed to Bank of China                                                                             

Regardless of these changes, our business scope, customer service, e-commerce platform www.SigmaAldrich.com and contact details remain unchanged and most importantly our team is committed as usual.

 

We also guarantee that Merck Life Science (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. will continue to abide by the terms of every contract in which our company’s representatives were a party beforehand.
